When we began thinking of a Safari Trip, we didn’t know where to start and spent many hours talking to friendscompanies and ended up feeling overwhelmed with choices and information.
We then received a recommendation from a friend to contact Carol Maasch of Bushbaby Tours in South Africa. I can honestly say that without her advice, suggestions, and patience, we would never have had the incredible experience that we did. She made the difference between having a great holiday and having the holiday of a lifetime – filled with wonderous memories. We just returned from the ‘Adventure of a Lifetime’. And before I even look at my desk today, I wanted to drop you a quick note of THANKS! Everything went perfectly! Not only did we enjoy ourselves beyond belief, all travel plans went without even 1 glitch. Every place you suggested was beyond awesome and Abu, well, was just off the charts! I can’t wait to share some photos with you and you MUST go see the gorillas! Beyond amazing and not only were we both touched by the mountain gorillas, one came and licked Carl¹s back WOW. Carol – thank you so much for helping to arrange a great trip for Robert and me! I appreciate the last-minute changes to deal with the wind/weather and the boat cancellation to Robben Island. Jaci’s Tree House was excellent. Cape Grace is a spectacular hotel and the staff is world-class! I particularly enjoyed hiking up Table Mountain with Conrad and Nadia was a great tour guide for the Cape Peninsula. Bronwyn was also very helpful shifting things around. All in all, the trip exceeded my expectations and I’m sure we will remember it forever! I am still working through all of my photos, but have attached one of a leopard and some giraffes that turned out pretty well for an amateur photographer….Thanks!

We are now home after having had a simply fantastic holiday in South Africa. Many thanks for all your help in arranging it. We were delighted to meet you and thrilled with the lovely book you gave us. Thank you so much. Although every part of the holiday was enjoyable, the highlight has to be getting so close to the animals on safari. It was an enormous privilege to be able to do this and we were very lucky to have a really first-class guide, who obviously had a lot of knowledge. Tamodi, of course, was utter luxury and we were given every care and attention – and Enrico’s serves jolly good food. However, nothing could dilute our overall enjoyment of your beautiful country and, hopefully, we will return again. Do let us know if you come to the UK.

We had the most amazing few weeks and thanks to your organisation and recommendations everything went to plan and enabled us to have a stress-free holiday. We would both recommend you to anyone wanting to book a South Africa trip.
We recently worked with Carol Maasch of Bush Baby Tours to plan our honeymoon. Going to Africa had been a life-long dream and with Carol’s expertise, patience with our questions and understanding of our budget we ended up with the trip of a life-time! We could not have done it without Carol’s help. Every detail was planned and we didn’t have to worry about a thing after stepping off the plane. We visited 2 luxury safari camps in 2 completely different parts of South Africa and Carol made it all happen within budget.
